H. Wareham & Sons have been serving the Gander and surrounding communities for over half a century! We started out as a small construction company focused on offering our services to help the people around us, and now we’ve expanded our services to complete major projects in heavy civil construction, water & wastewater installation, and land development.

We are still that small company at our core, we focus on maintaining and building lasting relationships with our community and our goal is always offer Gander and the surrounding areas the first class construction services that we are known for.

Our company President, Shawn Warren has been in the construction industry with H. Wareham & Sons for over 40 years. He started out as a general laborer and worked his way up in the company to supervisor, project manager, and head of operations. Following his vision, we expect to continue to expand and extend our services offerings to better serve our clients.
